The big bore kit improves the engine’s performance a lot, making it very successful. But there are a lot of issues with the gasket. My NS bike has an 80mm kit installed, but you shouldn’t use it for too long. There are problems with the gasket leaking and the coolant overflowing. Even after putting on a new gasket three times, the engine doesn’t last very long. It’s just wasting money. Finding the best solution to this gasket problem is really important.

I guess you stunned for stage - 3. Stage - 3 is a race purpose build. And all race build engine is a time based one. So we kindly advise understand the engine and ride it. So that you won't find the further issues. And when you talk about gasget we suggest you to go with high temperature hold gasget. Since it's a big bore kit. Stock gasget can't hold that heat.

@@DriveSparkTamil I did not use the stock gasket. Instead, I bought the NMW big bore kit itself. As you suggested, I got the high-temperature copper gasket. Additionally, I use Anabond Black gasket marker.

When using anabond maker, ensure the surface is clean and oil-free. After applying anabond, allow it to dry for 10 to 15 minutes before fixing it. This will solve the problem.
